Senior RPA Developer
As an RPA developer you will participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with others on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into robots.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss technical and/or business project requirements in detail when required with stakeholders (software engineers, management, clients, and vendors).
- Work with clients and business owners to document As Is Process, including review of Process Definition Documents.
- Work alongside business analysts in creating and maintaining business documents such as process/technical/solution design documents.
- Architect, design, develop and implement complex enterprise-scale solutions for Robotic Process Automation using best practices.
- Ownership of the full lifecycle of the platform: brainstorming, development, delivery, etc.
- Ongoing product Maintenance and Support.
- Provide technical knowledge, and reports to clients in response to service requests and inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related discipline, with good programming skills).
- At least 3 years of experience in RPA, both technical and functional, with high level implementation experience, using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, UIPATH, or Automation Anywhere.
- At least 1 year of experience in Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate cloud, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder or/and Power Pages.
- At least 1 year of experience in databases (Ex: SQL, Dataverse, MySQL, Snowflake, etc…)
- Certification in Microsoft PL-200 or PL-400.
- Advanced English: writing and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI models.
- Certification in Microsoft PL-600.
- Certification in UIPATH Advanced developer.
- Scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, VBScript, VBA, and Python.
- Front or back-end web development experience.
- Building custom connectors, utilizing REST APIs and other integration techniques.
- Understanding of the Microsoft CoE and Automation toolkits.
- Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines for Power Platform via Azure DevOps.
- Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis and Mindzie.
- Dynamics 365 development experience.
Work Remotely:
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by Microsoft Teams, email, or face to face.
