Solutions Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Microsoft-based solutions that align with our organization’s business objectives. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies and architecture will be crucial in driving successful digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure Microsoft-based solutions.
- Design end-to-end architecture for Microsoft solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration.
- Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Microsoft technologies and tools to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Microsoft solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, developers and clients, as needed.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to clients in Power Platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related discipline, with good programming skills).
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft based solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies, such as APIs, microservices, and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Microsoft infrastructure and implementation.
- Understanding of the Microsoft CoE and Automation toolkits.
- Microsoft Certified: PL-200 or PL-400.
- Advanced English: writing and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: PL-600.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence solutions, such as Power BI.
- Dynamics 365 development experience.
Work Remotely:
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by Microsoft Teams, email, or face to face.
